Nox’S On 8

Nox's on 8 is definitely a chill type spot to grab a quick bite to eat! Nice atmosphere, clean restaurant. Friendly attentive staff. Daily food specials. Reasonable prices and delicious food!

Have been here twice both times for lunch. Not busy either time. Got wings second time and I will say they were decent wings. Not sure on price since I was being bought lunch from a salesman.

We arrived at approximately 8PM for dinner on a Friday evening. Our server, Kasey, was welcoming as well as knowledgeable of the menu. We both ordered the “Ol’ George” sandwich. It was thick pieces of Cod that was potato crusted and fried on a sandwich bun. This was perfectly delicious! I enjoyed it so much that I can’t promise that I won’t order it again despite, all the other interesting choices on the menu. The place had a friendly atmosphere and we met some very nice people also visiting this bar/restaurant. Needless to say, we will be returning.

Great experience... I ordered the Pizza and it was awesome.. It's a little bit of Chicago style with a hint of the old school Pizza Hut pan pizza you got in the dining room way back when.. The little crispy curled up pepperoni's were an added bonus.. It was my first time here and I'll make the drive for the Steelers game and some good food... Really good seating all over the place for the games.. Service was top notch

We met some friends for dinner and drinks. The steamed burgers are pretty good. I was skeptical with it being “steamed” but again, I was pleasantly surprised and it was great. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Great atmosphere, low key. We sat in the dining room near the bar but they have another side if you want more of a family seating area. Service was great, our waitress was friendly.

I never write reviews but this was my first time here and I placed an order for takeout... not only did it take just ten minutes, but the food is really good and you get a huge portion for a great price. I'll definitely be back, and agree with all the good things I've heard about this place

A place with a ton of hype after opening this second location after their long successful venture in Blawnox, and they seem to largely be living up to that in the early going. For starters, I made the mistake of ordering of takeout on St. Patrick's Day and also during the March Madness game for Pitt, because having young children makes you sometimes not think clearly. I came to this realization in the parking lot, as I had to park in a makeshift spot at the end of the auxiliary parking lot. But with that said, my food took only 25 minutes to he completed, which was impressive. I ordered their award winning Butter Mesquite wings to try, and they were unsurprisingly very tasty and made well. My wife got the gulf shrimp appetizer with the cool ranch dry rub, which she enjoyed, but thought it was a bit salty. I had the mushroom and swiss steamer, which was a really good bar burger in all facets. My daughter got a cheese pizza, which I was a touch disappointed in quality wise, but as a near 7 year old, she was thrilled with it, and that's what matters. Overall, a nice experience with the service being the biggest highlight, which is huge for a restaurant like that. Will look forward to trying a dine in experience sooner than later.
